The past pesidents of the Society of Philippine Surgeons were honored during the 33rd SPSA Jubilee Convention and Dinner-Dance on July 28, 2007 at the Marriott Waterside Hotel in Norfolk, Virginia. During the same evening, outgoing president Oscar M. Laserna, M.D., transferred the Chain of Command necklace to Rey Castillo, M.D.
